QUALITY CONTROL

Oren has laboratories at all locations with most modern equipment alongwith qualified personnel to test and control the quality of Raw Materials, Manufactured goods and bought out Items.
• The QA/QC personnel are independent of other activities such as design, production.
• The Quality personnel have the authority to stop production if quality requirements are not being met.
• Oren has documented Quality/Procedures & work instruction manuals
• Oren ensures that suppliers/subcontractors are responsible for providing the raw material conforms industry standards.
• Oren’s purchase orders to suppliers and contracts include complete technical & quality requirements (e.g. specifications, drawings, test certificates, instructions)
• We have a process to verify that the product ordered is accurately shown on the purchasing document, consistently review and approve purchasing documents.
• Inspections at all receiving locations and periodically to ensure product condition.
• We have established and maintain procedures to identify products throughout receiving production, delivery and product or production batches with a unique identifier where traceability of the product is required.
• The measuring, inspection and testing equipment are calibrated per their documented procedure.
• Oren also has separate Material Handling & Storage areas for:
• Incoming Materials
• In-Process Materials
• Hold Materials
• Finished Products

HEALTH , SAFETY & ENVIRONMENT

• Oren hydrocarbons Middle East is proud to be working hand in hand with Environment, Health and Safety (EHS) which is the regulatory arm of Trakhees-Ports, Customs &Free Zone Corporation (PCFC).
• In coordination with EHS authorities Regulates and enforces rules and regulations laid down the EHS Authorities and also develops additional policies and measures to safe guard the companies employees and all aspects of Environment, Health, Safety and Fire Protection.
• Driven by the exponential growth of our clients as well as the fast growing number of production and warehousing units being developed Our EHS department reinforce its commitment to provide effective and efficient services as well as develop stronger and lasting relationship with our clients and the environment as well.

RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT

Oren has established its own Research and Development facility to develop new products and to have a centralized quality control on existing product range.
