Application
A special non-ionic starch derivative to reduce HTHP filtrate loss in all water based muds, including drilling, completion and workover applications. Suitable for muds containing salts or ion-sensitive additives. Acts synergistically with Xanthan gum polymer to increase LSRV. Can be used in most brines, including seawater, NaCl, KCl, CaCl2, NaBr and Formate salt systems. Thermally stable up to 350°F.
